About me
I moved to the UK from Mexico ten years ago with a Business and Marketing background and a long history of figuring things out the hard way.
I started my first business at 21, failed, tried again, and learned how to rebuild without anyone showing me the shortcuts.
Before launching my consultancy, I worked in operations and events — the kind of environments where things break fast if systems don’t exist.
When I eventually started my own company in events and floral design, I had to run everything alone.
That’s where I learned how powerful simple systems can be.
